Reconnect with the rhythm of life with morning yoga, walks in the bush, swimming in Lake Leschenaultia, organic whole live food, talks on relaxation and stress management, nutrition, how to prepare live, healthy food (lots of demos), sleep, weight management, detoxification, non toxic cleaning and beauty and creative activities like dancing and creating a mandala. There will be plenty of time to sit in the spa, read or just chill in the hammock.
To help you address the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health many healing services will be offered through the week: Massage; WA Wildflower essences; Psych-K, Reiki; Spiritual and Sound healing (one free session included in the cost). Accomodation
Set in the beautiful Perth hills, 1 hour from the city, there is plenty of bush to explore. We are about 90 min walk from lakeLeschanaultia
There are 3 modern Chalet, with a shared bathroom, 1 twin room and 3 singles, with a small kitchen area. We will eat in the dinning hall and gather in the meeting room for sessions and yoga. There is a library space and bush chalets for massage and healing services. The facilitities are basic but clean and functional.

All activities are optional, however we do suggest you get up early and go to bed early and participate in the exercise to help your body detoxify

About Samantha Warner
I have been a practicing naturopath for ten years, and teaching naturopathy (philosophy, nutrition, herbal medicine) for six years. I write a health column for the West Australian and speak publicly on health and natural therapies regularly.
For the last year I have been running my own retreats and also working at a local Perth retreat in Gidgegannup. I am very passionate about food as a medicine and the importance of dealing with our emotional and mental issues that are creating many of our physical problems or limiting behaviours. I really love the opportunity to help people on their healing journey and retreats are a great way of kick starting real and lasting change.
I really see people blossom and begin to understand themselves better when they take time out for their own needs and get some real life experience of a healthy lifestyle.
