In this workshop we will look at the advantages and disadvantages of orthodox methods of contraception and explore the concept of natural contraception. You will learn how to chart and record your cycle and how this information can help you control your fertility.
Menstrual records are also helpful in diagnosising hormonal imbalance.

You will leave with practical information on:
 how to help your self experience: a greater sense of connection with your body; and naturally healthy menstrual cycles with nutrition, lifestyle and attitude guidelines. An excellent opportunity for mothers and daughters to learn life changing and even life saving information.
