This workshop will enhance your understanding of the negative influences on our fertility, general health and the health of the developing child.
You will leave with practical information on how to improve, enhance, and maintain your health and fertility, for younger and older women and their partners.
Preconception care: preparation for optimum fertility, a glowing pregnancy and healthy child.
